Hey - this is our first newsletter - yeehaw!

We hope that you all are enjoying using our site and benefiting from it.

Recently, eBay changed something on their website that caused a problem for a couple of snipes that were scheduled. The snipes were not able to execute, because instead of the "Place bid" page from being shown on eBay, a notice was shown stating that "this item is not available in the US" or something to that effect.

This only happened twice before we figured out that there was a problem and fixed it. Our hope is to be as reliable as possible, but unfortunately, changes that eBay or something that we have to deal with on an ongoing basis.

It is rare that eBay makes a change that affects the proper functioning of our sniper engine, but obviously, it does happen.

Anyway, that problem is now taking care of and snipe should execute fine.

We are curious to know what you think about our site and how we can improve it for a better user experience. If you have any ideas, please use the form on the "contact us" page, and let us know.

We plan on sprucing up the misspelling search tool a bit in the near future, and maybe adding a couple other features to our website to help in the eBay buying process. Also, we may add more marketplaces/websites to the list that our site will work with, if after further review it seems like the thing to do.
